Omar is an English-trained Barrister and Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. He is Amin & Co.'s Senior Partner and founder. He has considerable experience in company and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, real estate and property. He also has a background in litigation and dispute resolution and is skilled in complex and specialized litigation. He has been retained by international law firms as local counsel in a variety of matters.
