Salah Amin

MANAGING PARTNER

Salah is an English-trained Barrister and Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. As Managing Partner, he has been guiding the growth of Amin & Co.

Salah was called to the Bar at Lincoln’s Inn in London, England in 1993. He undertook several training positions in London before returning to Kenya to undertake his studies at the Kenya School of Law. He was admitted to the Kenyan Bar as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in 1995.

He has an extensive experience in litigation having conducted a number of substantial, complex and specialised cases. Many of the decisions in those cases are reported and cited as legal authorities in Kenya. He also possesses valuable experience in corporate and commercial law and has handled a variety of commercial transactions. He, therefore, combines a sound foundation in litigation with a vital understanding of corporate and commercial law, which puts him at a particular advantage when advising clients in complex or high-risk transactions or litigation.
